ABATIX CORP. (Nasdaq: ABIX) 24.5% HIGHER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.21 compared to $0.13 for the same period last year. Revenues were $17.3 million compared to $16.6 million for the same period last year.

Helen of Troy Limited (Nasdaq: HELE) 17% HIGHER; Reports Q4 EPS of $0.30, 3 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $143.88 million vs. $138.32 million consensus. Sees FY08 EPS in excess of $2.00 per share (vs. consensus of $1.99). Sees FY revenues in excess of $660 million (consensus is $674.5 million)

Mamma.com (Nasdaq: MAMA) 15.3% LOWER; Reports a Q1 loss of $0.10 vs. consensus for a $0.07 loss. Revenues were $2.6 million.

Cygne Designs Inc. (Nasdaq: CYDS) 14% HIGHER; Stock moving higher with no specific news reports.

World Fuel Services Corp. (NYSE: INT) 13.7% LOWER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.51, 10 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $2.7 billion vs. $2.7 billion consensus.

BSQUARE Corporation (Nasdaq: BSQR) 13.7% LOWER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.06 compared to a loss of $0.09 for the same period last year. Revenue were $15.1 million compared to $11.6 million for the same period last year.

Spectrum Brands (NYSE: SPC) 13% HIGHER; Bear Sterns upgrades SPC from Peer Perform to Outperform.

Lyondell Chemical Co. (NYSE: LYO) 11.6% HIGHER; Billionaire Leonard Blavatnik bought the rights to acquire 8.3% of the company in a forward contract arranged by Merrill Lynch. The shares are being sold by Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY). Blavatnik said he may seek to engage in discussions with the company related to an offer to acquire all of the shares of Lyondell or to discuss a combination or similar transaction between Lyondell and his affiliates, including Access or Basell Holdings B.V.

Vonage Holdings (NYSE: VG) 9% HIGHER; Continued momentum after earnings report on Thursday. Today's move attributed to positive conference call.
