Standard & Poor's Changes:

S&P REIT Composite constituent Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE) will replace AG Edwards Inc. (NYSE: AGE) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Friday, September 28. AG Edwards is being acquired by S&P 100 and 500 constituent Wachovia Corp. (NYSE: WB) in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.

S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Corn Products International Inc. (NYSE: CPO) will replace Catalina Marketing Corp. (NYSE: POS) in the S&P MidCap 400 and Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. (NASDAQ: BWLD) will replace Corn Products International in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Monday, October 1. Catalina is being acquired by Hellman & Friedman LLC in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.

Getty Images Inc. (NYSE: GYI) will replace Greater Bay Bancorp (NASDAQ: GBBK) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on a date to be announced. Greater Bay is being acquired by S&P 100 and 500 constituent Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE: WFC) in a deal still pending final approvals.

Superior Well Services Inc. (NASDAQ: SWSI) will replace Neoware Inc. (NASDAQ: NWRE) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, September 28. Neoware is being acquired by S&P 100 and 500 constituent Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE: HPQ) in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.

Boston Beer Co. Inc. (NYSE: SAM) will replace Playtex Products Inc. (NYSE: PYX) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, September 28. Playtex is being acquired by S&P MidCap 400 constituent Energizer Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ENR) in a deal still pending final approvals.

Cogdell Spencer Inc. (NYSE: CSA) will replace Republic Property Trust (NYSE: RPB) in the S&P REIT Composite after the close of trading on a date to be announced. Republic Property is being acquired by S&P MidCap 400 and REIT Composite constituent Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) in a deal still pending final approvals.
