SmithKline Beecham to Resale 2.475M Shares of Idenix Pharma (IDIX)
In a Form S-3 filed after the close yesterday, Idenix Pharma (Nasdaq: IDIX) disclosed a resale of 2,475,728 shares of common stock held by SmithKline Beecham Corporation, doing business as GlaxoSmithKline, that were issued by Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in a private placement completed on March 18, 2009.
Idenix said it wont receive any proceeds from the sale.
