SmartPros Ltd. (Nasdaq: SPRO) has purchased certain assets of online training company, Global Collaboration Partners LLC. The assets include more than 150 e-learning courses in the areas of environmental health, safety, human resources, and energy exploration markets, as well as certain intellectual property.
The courses consist of both off-the-shelf and customizable Web-based training courses that deploy on popular Learning Management Systems (LMS).
