Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced that The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) has selected Graco as its exclusive supplier of entry-level paint sprayers. The new Graco sprayers are expected to be sold through 2,000 Sherwin-Williams stores beginning January 2009.
According to Patrick McHale, Graco President and CEO, "We are ramping up production to supply The Sherwin-Williams Company with the products they need to stock their stores. We expect to incur approximately $3 million in one-time expenses in the fourth quarter of 2008 as we prepare to launch these products the first quarter of 2009."
Graco Inc. supplies technology and expertise for the management of fluids in both industrial and commercial applications.[SM]
