Shaw Group (SGR) Changing Ticker to "SHAW"

The Shaw Group Inc. (NYSE: SGR) will change its ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange from "SGR" to "SHAW, (NYSE: SHAW)" effective at the start of trading on Aug. 21, 2009.
