Scientific Games (SGMS) Falls as JV with Playtech Said to 'Fall Apart'
Scientific Games Corp. (Nasdaq: SGMS) fell earlier in the session and is currently at session lows following reports it's joint venture with Playtech is falling apart.
According to eGaming Review, the joint venture between the two was reduced to a "strategic partnership" from a full-blown joint venture. eGR said the announcement should come soon, and the companies evaluating how to break share-price sensitive news.
Shares of Scientific Games are down about 10 percent Monday.
