S&P Announces Changes to US Index: SLG for FDRY
Foundry Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: FDRY) will be removed effective after the close of trading on Thursday, December 18. Brocade Communications Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: BRCD) is acquiring Foundry Networks in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
Foundry Network’s place in the S&P MidCap 400 will be taken by SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) after the close of trading on Monday, December 22.
