S&P Announces Changes to U.S. Index (JCG for CPS)
J. Crew Group Inc. (NYSE: JCG) will replace ChoicePoint Inc. (NYSE: CPS) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Thursday, September 18, 2008. CPS is being acquired by S&P Global1200 constituent Reed Elsevier Group plc in a cash deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
