Radient Pharma (RPC) to File Quarterly, Annual Statements; Provides Loss Estimate
Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation (AMEX: RPC) reports that it intends to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010 after market today and anticipates filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 on or before the close of business on Tuesday, June 7, 2011.
From the release: "In the Form 10-Q, the Company expects to report revenues of approximately $31,000 and a net loss in the range of $10.6 - $12 million compared with net loss of approximately $2.6 million for the three months ended March 31, 2010. The Company also expects to report stockholders deficit in the range of approximately $13.6 - $15.0 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011, as compared to a deficit of approximately $52.9 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2010."
