Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE: PER) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with China Telecommunications Corporation in which the two companies intend to work together to deliver enhanced information technology solutions for the healthcare industry in China.
Perot Systems plans to provide a variety of consulting, management, supervision, implementation, and technical services, while China Telecom delivers essential network resources and support.
