Pediatrix Medical Name Change to MEDNAX Effective Today
Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. (NYSE: PDX), expects that its previously announced name change to MEDNAX, Inc., will be completed by December 31, 2008. Each share of Pediatrix will become a share of MEDNAX, and will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "MD," when the U.S. securities markets open January 2, 2009.
