PPL Corporation (NYSE: PPL) today announced that it has successfully completed the sale of its natural gas distribution and propane subsidiaries to UGI Utilities, Inc for $268 million in cash plus working capital.
PPL Corporation, an energy and utility holding company, engages in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity primarily in the northeastern and western United States.
