Nokia Siemens -- a joint venture of Nokia (NYSE: NOK) and Siemens AG (NYSE: SI) -- is offering redundancy packages for Finnish workers, according to an emailed statement. The offers are part of a planned reorganization.
Shares of Nokia are up 5.4 percent early, while Siemens is up slightly.
