Nintendo (NTDOY) Swings to Q1 Loss Amid Lower WiiU Sales, Stronger Yen

Nintendo (OTC: NTDOY) reported Q116 sales of ¥61.97 billion, from ¥90.22 billion posted in the same period last year. Operating loss was ¥5.13 billion, from profit of ¥1.15 billion in Q115.
Net loss per share was ¥204.23, from EPS of ¥68.97.
WiiU unit sales fell 53 percent to 220,000 units.
Nintendo also noted strengthening in the yen as another reason for the revenue slide.
Nintendo also said a Pokemon GO Plus accessory launch will be delayed until September:
