New Generation Biofuels Holdings (NGBF) Appoints Miles Mahoney as CEO
New Generation Biofuels Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: NGBF) announced that it has appointed Miles F. Mahoney as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer to replace Cary J. Claiborne, who resigned his position to pursue new professional opportunities.
Carl O. Bauer has also joined the company's Board of Directors. Mahoney will also join the company's Board.
Claiborne will be available to New Generation as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition.
