Netflix's (NFLX) Request to Dismiss Closed-Captioning Suit Denied -LA Times

LA Times reporting Netflix's (Nasdaq: NFLX) request to dismiss a lawsuit related to closed-captioning has been denied. The suit was brought by the National Association for the Deaf following allegations the service discriminates against the deaf and hard of hearing.
Shares of Netflix will open higher Tuesday morning. The stock last traded at $67.50, up 0.7 percent from Monday's close.
