Shares of Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) are now down more than 3 percent in Monday's pre-open session as Verizon (NYSE: VZ) and Coinstar's (Nasdaq: CSTR) Redbox just announced a new joint venture agreement.

Netflix shares last traded at $122.50.

Shares of Coinstar, meanwhile, are up nearly 8.5 percent following the news.
