NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) will host a conference call on Thursday, Aug. 9, at 2 p.m. Pacific Time (5 p.m. Eastern Time), to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2013, ending July 29, 2012.
The Street is currently looking for earnings to drop 53 percent, from 32 cents last year down to 15 cents per share in the most recent quarter. Revenue should show a slight dip to $1.01 billion.
Estimize consensus numbers are looking for EPS of 16 cents and sales of $1.012 billion.
The call will be webcast live (in listen-only mode) at the following websites: www.nvidia.com and www.streetevents.com. The company's prepared remarks will be followed by a question and answer session, which will be limited to questions from financial analysts and institutional investors.
Ahead of the call, NVIDIA will provide written commentary on its second-quarter results from its interim CFO. This material will be posted to www.nvidia.com/ir immediately after the company's results are announced over a national wire service at approximately 1:20 p.m. PT.
