NMS Communications-(NMSS) Announces Sale of AccessGate business for $3.35M
NMS Communications (Nasdaq: NMSS) announced the sale of its AccessGate business to Verso Technologies (Nasdaq: VRSO). Under the terms of the agreement, Verso acquired the business and associated assets and liabilities for total consideration of $3.35M, including $850,000 of cash and $2.5M of Verso common stock. The AccessGate business will be integrated with Verso's NetPerformer optimization product line, and substantially all the NMS employees of the AccessGate(TM) business will become employees of Verso Technologies.
