Mossimo Inc. (MOSS) Announces License Agreement with Falabella

Mossimo Inc. (NASDAQ: MOSS) announced a new license agreement with Falabella, a leading better department store chain in South America. Falabella will exclusively carry Mossimo in their stores in Chile, Argentina and Peru and soon in Columbia.

Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICON) has signed a definitive agreement to purchase MOSSIMO, which is anticipated to close this year.
