Nashua Corporation (Nasdaq: NSHA) 152.4% HIGHER; Cenveo, Inc. (NYSE: CVO) signed a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which Cenveo will acquire all of the common shares of Nashua in a stock and cash transaction valued at approximately $44.4 million including the assumption of Nashua debt. Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: VG) 68.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.05, ex-items, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter was $224 million, versus the consensus of $224.54 million.

LogicVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: LGVN) 37.6% HIGHER; Mentor Graphics (Nasdaq: MENT) and LogicVision today announced the two companies have signed a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which Mentor Graphics will acquire LogicVision. Under the terms of the agreement, which was approved by the boards of directors of both companies, LogicVision stockholders will receive 0.2006 of a share of Mentor Graphics common stock for each share of LogicVision, for aggregate consideration of approximately $13 million.

The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: BONT) 35.6% HIGHER; reports total sales for the month of April were $199.4 million, down %4.7 from the same period last year. Same store sales fell 5.1%.

Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) 29.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of ($0.17) versus the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter was $41.7 million, versus the consensus of $42.7 million.

Dana Holding (NYSE: DAN) 26.5% LOWER; after rising more than 34% yesterday with the majority of the auto supplier group, shares of DAN are sinking today amid Q1 earnings. Reported a loss of $1.64, cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.70). Revenue for the quarter was $1.216 billion, versus the consensus of $1.37 billion.

Lear Corp. (NYSE: LEA) 25.2% HIGHER; auto parts stocks are seeing continued upward momentum today. These stocks rallied sharply yesterday on improving sentiment and solid earnings out of ArvinMeritor (NYSE: ARM), TRW (NYSE: TRW) and U.S. Auto Parts (Nasdaq: PRTS). Notably, shares of Lear are up more than 70% in the last 2 trading sessions.

Hot Topic, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOTT) 24.9% LOWER; reports April sales of $47.3 million, up 5.5% from the same period last year. Same store sales for the month rose 3.1%.

PGT, Inc. (Nasdaq: PGTI) 24.5% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.11, 8 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter was $41.5 million, versus the consensus of $47.23 million.

Vical (Nasdaq: VICL) 24.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of ($0.20), 1 cent below the analyst estimate of ($0.19). Revenue for the quarter was $2.25 million, versus the consensus of $1.97 million.

Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT) 23.7% LOWER; reports Q1 adj-FFO of $0.02, compared to the analyst estimate of $0.06. Lowers its FY09 RevPAR outlook from down 12-15% to down 14-20%.

Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: WW) 22.8% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.95, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.93. Pacer International (Nasdaq: PACR) 19.1% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of ($0.39) versus the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter was $144.2 million, versus the consensus of $424.1 million.

TBS International Limited (Nasdaq: TBSI) 19% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.71, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenue for the quarter was $71.2 million, versus the consensus of $69.72 million.

TXCO Resources Inc. (Nasdaq: TXCO) 18.5% HIGHER; implemented a second reduction in force in order to reduce costs. TXCO terminated 25 full-time employees representing approximately 30% of its workforce before these terminations.

Willbros Group Inc. (NYSE: WG) 18.4% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.39, in-line with analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter was $463.9 million, versus the consensus of $423.4 million. Tenneco (NYSE: TEN) 18.3% HIGHER; moving higher with the rest of the auto supplier sector. The stock was upgraded to Buy at KeyBanc.

DG FastChannel, Inc. (Nasdaq: DGIT) 18.2% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.07, 4 cents below than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter was $41.4 million, versus the consensus of $44.1 million.

Capital One Financial (NYSE: COF) 17.8% HIGHER; moving higher with the broader financial sector this morning. The stock was upgraded from Neutral to Buy at Goldman Sachs.

LHC GROUP INC (Nasdaq: LHCG) 16.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.62, 14 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter was $124.6 million, versus the consensus of $114.71 million. LHC Group raises FY09 EPS to $2.15-$2.25 from prior $2.00-$2.10 versus consensus view $2.09.

Eclipsys (Nasdaq: ECLP) 15.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.17, versus the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $130.2 million, versus the consensus of $125.15 million.

Hansen Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: HNSN) 15.6% HIGHER; GE Healthcare and Hansen today announced that they have entered into a collaboration to promote the use of GE Healthcare's imaging technologies and Hansen Medical's robotic catheter technologies for electrophysiology procedures. In addition, the companies expect to pursue integrated product offerings in connection with their collaboration.

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) 15.5% HIGHER; upgraded at Baird to Outperform and at Morgan Stanley to Overweight. Yesterday, bank stocks and ETF's encompassed 41% of total NYSE volume. The XLF (NYSE: XLF) is up 2.5% today.

Boots & Coots (NYSE: WEL) 15.4% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.03, 4 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter was $54.7 million, versus the consensus of $50.78 million.

Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: BEE) 14.8% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.14, compared to a gain of $0.25 last year.
