Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BWLD) 30% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.43, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter was $121.2 million, versus the consensus of $117.38 million. Re-affirms guidance.

Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) 27% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $4.84, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter was $2.08 billion, versus the consensus of $2.28 billion.  Warned that 2009 sale may fall as much at 35% and may default on debt covenants

Gildan Activewear (NYSE: GIL) 23% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.04, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter was $184 million, versus the consensus of $221.78 million. Suspends its outlook.

comScore (Nasdaq: SCOR) 23% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.18, ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.04 and compared to $0.21 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $31.6 million, versus the consensus of $32.53 million. Sees Q1 sales of $30.3-$30.8 million, versus the consensus of $33.38 million. Non-GAAP EPS for the quarter are expected to be $0.09-$0.10, versus the Street estimate of $0.08.

Strayer Education, Inc. (Nasdaq: STRA) 17% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.71, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues were $114.3 million vs. $113.53 million consensus. Based on the strong enrollment growth announced for the 2009 winter term and the planned investments in opening new campuses, the Company estimates first quarter 2009 diluted EPS will be in the range of $1.96 to $1.98. (Consensus is $1.99)

Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: WINN) 17% HIGHER; reports Q2 loss of $0.05, ex-items, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter was $2.3 billion, versus the consensus of $2.26 billion.

American Italian Pasta Co. (Nasdaq: AIPC) 15% HIGHER; Reported Q1 EPS of $1.23, well above the consensus of $0.43. Revenues were $171.2 million, versus the consensus of $146.25 million.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) 12% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.52, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter was $345.3 million, versus the consensus of $339.41 million.

International Coal Group, Inc (NYSE: ICO) 12% LOWER; reports Q4 GAAP loss of $0.24, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter was $257.7 million, versus the consensus of $292.13 million.

Continental Airlines, Inc. (NYSE: CAL) 10% HIGHER; BofA upgrades to Buy

Masco (NYSE: MAS) 9% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.18, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter was $2 billion, versus the consensus of $2.11 billion. Sees FY09 earnings breakeven to a loss of $0.30 per share, versus the consensus of $0.32.

JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: JASO) 8% LOWER; expects 2009 revenue of $830 million to $952 million, below the consensus of $1.1 billion. The company said that worldwide macro economic conditions, tight credit markets and resulting issues with project financing are negatively impacting the solar industry.

SonicWALL (Nasdaq: SNWL) 8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.06, versus the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $54.3 million, versus the consensus of $51.68 million. SonicWall sees Q1 EPS 4c to 6c versus 6 cents. Sees revs $48M to $52m versus $51 million.

Jarden Corporation (NYSE: JAH) 8% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.83, versus the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter was $1.4 billion, versus the consensus of $1.3 billion.

Sequenom (Nasdaq: SQNM) 7% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.25, 7 cents lower than the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenue for the quarter was $12.2 million, versus the consensus of $13.79 million.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) 7% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.04, ex-items, 8 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter was $1.09 billion, versus the consensus of $1.17 billion.

Rio Tinto (NYSE: RTP) 7% LOWER; announced a transaction with Aluminium Corporation of China ("Chinalco") (NYSE: ACH).

Kohl's Corp. (NYSE: KSS) 7% LOWER; Goldman cuts to Sell, adds to Sell List

Pacer International (Nasdaq: PACR) 6.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.24, versus the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter was $503.7 million, versus the consensus of $515.04 million.

TriQuint Semiconductor (Nasdaq: TQNT) 6.1% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, ex-items, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $149 million, versus the consensus of $142.50 million. Sees Q1 sales of $110-$120 million, versus the consensus of $119.33 million, with a loss of $0.07-$0.11, versus the Street estimate of $0.01.

Activision Blizzard, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) 5.7% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.31, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter was $2.3 billion, versus the consensus of $1.59 billion. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.03, versus the consensus of $0.11, and revs of $550, versus the Street estimate of $628 million. Sees FY09 revs of $4.7 billion and EPS of $0.61, versus the consensus of $0.67.

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) 5% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.64, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter was $7.13 billion, versus the consensus of $7.52 billion.

NYSE Euronext, Inc. (NYSE: NYX) 5% LOWER; Citi cuts to Hold

Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX) 4.6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $2.74, compared to $0.19 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $190.7 million, versus the consensus of $190.54 million. Sees Q1 sales of $198-$200 million, versus the consensus of $199.96 million. For FY09, sales are expected to be $855-$875 million, versus the Street estimate of $869.86 million.

AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASIA) 4.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.23, ex-items, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $53.7 million, versus the consensus of $49.07 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.12-$0.13, versus the consensus of $0.11, and sales of $43-$45 million, versus the Street estimate of $40.67 million.

Burger King Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BKC) 3.7% HIGHER; Goldman adds to Buy List

Questar Corp. (NYSE: STR) 3% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.99, 15 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter was $878.8 million, versus the consensus of $655.45 million. Questar lowers FY09 guidance from its previous guidance of $3.05 to $3.25 to $2.50-$2.70 versus consensus of $3.13.

Marriott (NYSE: MAR) 3% LOWER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.34 per share, ex-items, below the consensus of $0.39. Revenues came in at $3.78 billion, versus the consensus of $3.86 billion. Marriott sees Q1 EPS of 0.13-$0.15, ex-items, below the consensus of $0.21. Marriott sees FY09 EPS of $0.86-$1.04, ex-items, versus the consensus of $1.10.

Aetna (NYSE: AET) 3% LOWER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.96 per share, above the consensus of $0.94. Revenues came in at $7.98 billion, versus the consensus of $7.96 billion. Aetna sees FY09 EPS of $3.85-$3.95 versus the consensus of $3.87.

Viacom (NYSE: VIA.b) 2.6% LOWER; reports Q4 earnings of $0.76 per share, below the consensus of $0.77. Revenues came in at $4.24 billion, versus the consensus of $4.24 billion.
