Microchip Technology (NASDAQ: MCHP) reports Q2 EPS of $0.29 cents, 8 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $226.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $218.31 million.
Microchip sees Q3 EPS of $0.33-$0.35, versus the consensus $0.24. Sees Q4 revs of $236-$245 million, versus the consensus of $224 million.
Raises quarter dividend to $0.34
