Medline Acquires Assets of Perrigo's (PRGO) Personal Hygiene Business

Medline Industries, Inc., has acquired some key assets of Perrigo Company's (Nasdaq: PRGO) personal hygiene business.
Specifically, Medline has acquired the manufacturing and laboratory assets, and assumed the lease, on Perrigo's plant in Lake Worth, Fla., where Medline will now manufacture a number of personal hygiene products, including enemas, douche and oral saline laxatives. Medline will manufacture these products for the retail channel under the Curad brand, as well as on a private label basis.
