In a Form 8-K, Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation (NYSE: MRX) today announced that it has received a Paragraph IV Patent Certification from Barr Laboratories, Inc. advising that Barr has filed an Abbreviated New Drug Application with the U.S. FDA for generic SOLODYN® in its current forms of 45mg, 90mg and 135mg strengths.
