Lehman (LEH) to Sell 100% of Investment-Management Branch; Narrows Private Equity List to 3 Buyers
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Lehman Brothers (NYSE: LEH) is moving to sell 100% of its investment-management division and has narrowed its private-equity firms list to Bain Capital, Hellman & Friedman and Clayton Dubilier & Rice.
Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides various financial services to corporations, governments and municipalities, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals worldwide.
