LaBarge (LB) Contracted to Produce Wiring Harnesses for Boeing's (BA) Aegis BMD
LaBarge, Inc. (AMEX: LB), has been awarded a contract from The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA) to produce wiring harnesses for the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) System. Financial terms were not disclosed. LaBarge anticipates follow-on orders.
Production on the contract has begun and is expected to continue through June 2011 at LaBarge’s Joplin, MO, operation.
