LHC Group Inc. (Nasdaq: LHCG) has acquired the assets of Huguley Home Health Agency from Huguley Memorial Medical Center in Burleson, Texas.
LHC Group recently entered into a home health joint venture with Texas Health Resources and Methodist Health System in an innovative model that will significantly expand the post-acute care company's operations in the Lone Star state. Earlier this year, Huguley Memorial Medical Center entered into an affiliation with Texas Health Resources.
