Kohlberg Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: KCAP) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.24 per share on shares of its common stock for the quarter ended June 30, 2009. The dividend is payable on July 29, 2009 to shareholders of record as of July 9, 2009.
To receive this dividend, you must own the shares prior to July 7, 2009.
