Ivivi Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: II) retained Jefferies & Company, Inc., the principal operating subsidiary of Jefferies Group, Inc., as its financial advisor. Jefferies will act as the Company's advisor for financings and business strategy, as well as provide assistance in connection with the Company's interest in pursuing strategic partners with marketing and distribution channels for its products.
