(a.) Harry Long is nominating himself for election to the Board of Directors of Fremont Michigan Insuracorp. He is 25 years old, and his business and residence address is 5353 Institute Lane No.9 Houston, TX 77005
(b.) Harry Long is the sole Managing Member of Contrarian Industries, LLC, the general partner to an investment partnership, Contrarian Partners, LP.
(c.) 44,178.8 shares of Fremont Michigan Insuracorp are beneficially owned by Harry Long and his family.
(d.) Harry Long is willing to be nominated and will serve if elected.
At this time, he again requests a shareholder list for the purpose of researching a proxy contest. He is willing to reimburse Fremont for any reasonable expenses in sending him the shareholders list.
