Image Entertainment (DISK) Receives 'Going Concern' Opinion From Independent Accounting Firm
Image Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: DISK) announced that its audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, included in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K filed on June 29, 2009, contained an explanatory paragraph, within the report of its independent registered public accounting firm, that expresses substantial doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern for a reasonable period of time. The factors contributing to this concern include the Company's recurring losses from operations, negative cash flows and limited access to capital. The Company may not be successful in its efforts to continue as a going concern.[SM]
