IMAX Corp. (IMAX) China Subsidiary Seeks IPO, Hong Kong Listing

IMAX Corp. (NYSE: IMAX) announced that IMAX China Holding, Inc., a Cayman Islands company and a subsidiary of IMAX, has submitted a listing application on Form A1 in connection with an initial public offering and listing of its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
