Highlights from Apple (AAPL) Event: Prices New iPod Touch, Classic, Nano, Shuffle
Highlights from Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) event where Steve Jobs is hosting:
- prices the 8GB iPod Touch at $199, the 32GB model at $299 and the new 64GM model at $399.
- prices the new 160GB iPod Classic at $249, the same price as the old Classic model, which was only 120GB.
- prices a 2GB iPod Shuffle at $59, or 4GB at $79. The device will be available in 5 colors.
- announces that the new iPod Nano will include a built-in video camera and an FM radio.
- prices the 8GB iPod Nano at $149, the 16GB model at $179.
