HF Financial (HFFC) Closes $23M Common Offering
HF Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: HFFC) today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share. The Company sold 2.875 million shares of its common stock, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option, for total gross proceeds of $23 million. The net proceeds of the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses are approximately $20.744 million.
Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. acted as the sole underwriter for the offering.
