GenMark Diagnostics, Inc. (Nasdaq: GNMK), has priced an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $4.20 per share. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by GenMark. The offering is expected to close on June 26, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
