GSI Commerce (GSIC) Selected by Dollar General (DG) to Launch Its eCommerce Business
GSI Commerce (Nasdaq: GSIC), a leading provider of ecommerce and interactive marketing solutions, today announced it has signed a multiyear agreement to provide Dollar General Corporation (NYSE: DG).
Under the new agreement, GSI will provide Dollar General with ecommerce technology, payments, fulfillment and customer care services, as well as a broad array of marketing services from GSI’s True Action Network.
Dollar General’s new ecommerce-enabled site, www.dollargeneral.com, is scheduled to launch September 8.
