Ford (F) Gets $2.81B in Net Proceeds from Notes Offering
In a Form 8-K just filed, Ford (NYSE: F) announced that it has settled its previously announced notes offering for a total principal amount of $2.875 billion. Net proceeds of the notes offering totaled $2.81 billion and are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
