First Defiance Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: FDEF) today announced that its Board has approved a 53% reduction in its quarterly dividend from $0.085 to $0.04, payable October 23rd, 2009, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 9th, 2009.
The dividend yield falls from 2.00% to 0.94%.
