Facebook (FB) Added to NASDAQ 100

NASDAQ announced late Tuesday that Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) will join the NASDAQ-100 Index (Nasdaq: NDX) prior to market open on Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
Facebook will also join the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq: NDXE), and the NASDAQ-100 Technology Sector Index (Nasdaq: NDXT) on the same date.
Facebook, Inc. will replace Infosys Limited (Nasdaq: INFY).
