FLIR Systems (FLIR), ICx Tech. (ICXT) Report Results of Tender Offer

FLIR Systems (Nasdaq: FLIR) and ICx Technologies (Nasdaq: ICXT) announce results of the previously disclosed tender offer. 32,683,590 shares were tendered, representing 93.4% of ICx's outstanding shares. In addition, the depositary has advised FLIR that it has received commitments to tender 469,704 additional shares under the guaranteed delivery procedures described in the offer. The tender offer expired at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, on October 1, 2010 and was not extended.
