Endo Pharma (ENDP) Completes Acquisition of HealthTronics (HTRN)
Endo Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ENDP) announced today the completion of its acquisition of HealthTronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: HTRN).
On July 12, 2010, Endo acquired HealthTronics through a tender offer and subsequent merger upon which HealthTronics became a wholly owned subsidiary of Endo.
