Emerge Energy Services (EMES) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 29.1% to $1.00; 7.9% Yield

Emerge Energy Services (NYSE: EMES) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share, or $4 annualized. This is a 29.1% decrease from the prior dividend of $1.41.
The dividend will be payable on May 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.9 percent.
“We are revising our full year distribution guidance to approximately $3.00 per unit for the year ending December 31, 2015,” said Ted W. Beneski, Chairman of the Board of the General Partner of Emerge Energy. “While we believe that we have a number of opportunities to improve our projected results, this revised guidance is based on current market conditions.”
