Elephant Talk Communications, Inc. (NYSE: ETAK) announced that it has signed a long term agreement with Axiom Telecom LLC to provide a dedicated Mobile Managed Services platform which enables Axiom Telecom to deploy new mobile offerings throughout the Middle East. Axiom Telecom LLC), established in 1997 by Faisal Al Bannai, is the largest and primary authorized retailer and distributor of leading international brands in the Middle East. Axiom Telecom has this month been selected for an MVNO license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
