Eaton (ETN) May Pay Up To $2B To ArvinMeritor (ARM) in Antitrust Lawsuit

Eaton Corp. (NYSE: ETN) faces more than $2 billion in damages related to a recent lawsuit filed against the industrial goods company.

A federal judge today issued a final judgment that Eaton violated antitrust laws in relation to marketing truck transmissions. Arvinmeritor (NYSE: ARM) was the defendant in the case.
