ESPN and Quiksilver (ZQK) Resolve Trademark Lawsuits

ESPN, Inc. and Quiksilver, Inc. (NYSE: ZQK) announced today that they have resolved the trademark related lawsuits between the parties.

The terms and conditions of the settlement were not disclosed.

Quiksilver, Inc. designs, produces, and distributes branded apparel, footwear, accessories, and related products.
