EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME) announced that its EMCOR Government Services unit was awarded a contract that commenced June 1, 2008 to provide facilities services at the Hubert H. Humphrey Building in Washington, D.C. The contract, which is for an initial period of nine months with the option of the U.S. government to extend it for four successive one-year periods, would have a total value to EMCOR Government Services of $15.5 million.
