DynCorp (DCP) Wins $26M Contract for US Air Force Base Operations Support
DynCorp International (NYSE: DCP) today announced that the U.S. Air Force has awarded it a $26.1 million task order for base operations support at the U.S. Air Force Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
DynCorp International will provide maintenance and support services in several functional areas, including maintenance of fire alarm and roll-up doors, custodial and grounds services, refuse collection and waste water and sewer systems.
The award has a base period and two option years. The base period value is $8.5 million, and the award has a total value of $26.1 million if all options are exercised.
