Donaldson (DCI) Consolidates Aerospace and Defense Brands
Donaldson Company (NYSE: DCI) announces the new brand identity of its Aerospace and Defense Group. The Aerospace and Defense Group consolidated three acquired brands -- Aerospace Filtration Systems (AFS), Le Bozec Filtration and Systems (Le Bozec), and Western Filter - into its existing brand in order to provide a singular customer experience and expand the product offering available to customers.
As part of this initiative, AFS, Le Bozec and Western Filter will transition to the Donaldson brand. AFS will continue to operate out of Saint Louis, MO and offer superior barrier filters for the rotorcraft industry. Le Bozec will continue to serve the European Aerospace and Defense market and maintain an office in Paris, France. Western Filter will continue to operate out of Valencia, CA and provide liquid filtration to the aerospace and defense industry. [SM]
